Products not as advertised, abysmal after sales

Products were not as advertised. Sending them back (through their distributor DPD) was an agonizing process that took months. Client service does answer the phone but they are useless and just keep you waiting, claiming they can only pass the message. I only got part of the money back for returned products, got the rest from the trusted shops insurance which was slow but eventually delivered. The whole thing took me four months of communication and annoyance, leaving me with one out of seven products that actually was as advertised.

Worthless promises by lampen24

I've ordered 5 lamps that were in stock and had a quick 2-3 day estimated delivery time. I received an order confirmation and five working days later I was informed that the delivery wasn't able to proceed and that 4 out of 5 purchased lamps 'were ordered' and would be in stock again after three (!!!) months. It's terrible customer service to promise a 2-3 day delivery, and only inform the customer after 5 working days that the delivery is delayed for three full months.
If you don't have the lamps in stock: please don't list any promises you can't fulfill on your website and just be honest about not having it in stock.

17 Days after my order and no delivery…

17 Days after my order and no delivery or any communication yet. I have to use a form on the website to e-mail (after 17:30 nobody at work to answer the phone anymore, apparently). Auto-response back:
"... Because of the high number of questions via e-mail we cannot provide you with the usual fast service. At this moment it can take up to 4-6 days to answer your e-mail." (!)

Don’t sell products that you do not have in stock. This is mis-selling.

Dirty lamp

Tafellamp Agar met stoffen kap en houtelement!
Nice design but sloppy work!!!
Lampshade dirty with some stain and downstairs lamp is also dirty!
I'm really very disappointed and threw the box away.

Ordered twice: excellent service

Ordered twice.
Because of some of the reviews tried with a first lamp, and it was perfect and beautiful, all went well - it was exactly as mentioned on the website. They go as far as being accurate on the time as the deliver takes and if the lamps are with them or not.
The second pair of lamps, one did not work properly and I'm now waiting for them to send a new one, but communication was good and fast. They told me not to bother to return the faulty one...

this is a really bad experiment to buy…

this is a really bad experiment to buy something from Lampen24.nl, I made my order on Dec 8, but until Dec 22, I bought the lamp is not in their warehouse, which means they sell products, they don't have it... 14 days later, my order still don't package, they don't know when will deliver but only with an answer ASAP- ASAP+ing in 6 days, no progress, I will not buy anything from here.

Product never Sent

I have ordered product 2 weeks ago and still did not receive my product. Website was saying next day delivery. After calling more than 6 times to customer service, every time they said we will ship it next day but still no process or no track and trace number. Very un professional customer service, each time they blame it with other departments from sales to accounting. Ugur

Good prices, but inaccurate product specifications and bad customer service

I ordered twice at this shop. For the first time everything was just fine. Second time I ordered another lamp and figured out that the product specifications on the site was significantly better than the actual specifications of the lamp written on its box: the lamp is actually having energy B-class and only 350 lumen brightness while website says it's A-class and 950 lumen accordingly. I left a 3-star review for that product on their site, mentioning this discrepancy and also the fact that lamp mounting which was coming out of the box was too weak and have to be enforced with some extra holes and screws. At first my review passed all the verification checks and I got email that it was published. But then it was just removed from the site. I asked lampen24 customer support why, they answered in two days that it was an AI algorithm who did that. Very nice, funny that other reviews (all 4 and 5 starts) were not filtered by AI... Also after a week they still neither fixed the wrong specifications on their site nor published back my review. I find this approach of lampen24 not fair at all.

Already used ventilatorlamp was delivered!

The ventilatorlamp that was sent to me, was a USED one!!!! They didn’t even care to put back all the screws in the package, the sensorcap for IR was broken... Anyway we placed the lamp, but in future I will never order again... This is a real example of cheating the customer....it was the last one I could order, so Lampen24 knew I would not send it back!!!! If they would have been honest they could have mentioned it on the website that it was a used one. (I do believe Westinghouse would not want that their suppliers mis-use the brand name)

Poor communication towards customer, poor delivery service

Edit after reply from lampen 24: even now you do not take the complain seriously, read carefully DPD done ONE single attempt, left a note that will come next day, I was home all day-they did NOT come!!!! I got email from lampen24 Your side that i could pick up the parcel with no address in email whatsoever and also NO note from DPD as they did NOT come swcond time. Your employee also could not find in your internal system where i can pick the lamp, so he suggested me to google on possible addresses on neighborhood. Appologies would be at their place here from your side, instead you set the blame on me-customer and still do not allign with your forwarder. This was not my first order to your company, but definetely is the last one - Ordered lamp at lampen 24, after 1st attempt got a note that dpd will deliver next business day, took free to wait for forwarder, noone came, still got email from lampen24 that I could pick it up at dpd parcelshop - with no indication whatsoever of possible address. When I called lampen24, customer support also could not give me the address-not available in their system, but asked me to google for possible adresses and start to check one by one. Speechless...eventually i was told that one email will send with the adress, email which was never send by lampen24. I called again, this time the adress was known to them, but email would need to be send by different team. It costs me 2 calls to lampen24, 2 calls to dpd to find where I could pick up the lamp, I was told to google and start to drive around, still the cherry on the top was the enthousiast email which I received after I picked up the parcel to inform me that delivery was successful. One piece of advice: align your internal communication and please please change your forwarder, cheaper is not always better.
